Our MDS Management Tool utilizes the PointClickCare (PCC) platform and provides a comprehensive dashboard and quarterly resident tracking logs with real-time information, including up-to-date PDPM CMI and PDPM MDS Rates.  The MDS Dashboard provides various quarterly MDS KPIs which will help owners and MDS professionals quickly and easily identify trends and opportunities for improvement in their MDS processes.  The MDS Management Tool removes the delay associated with waiting months on the state CMI reports to learn a quarter’s CMI. The MDS Management Tool provides updated CMI information after each transmission.
