About Us
MDS Management Solutions, LLC was recently established for the sole purpose of helping MDS professionals and the owners of long-term care facilities to navigate the complexities of the MDS world. We believe this takes diligent collaboration with our customers to accomplish. One of the complexities of MDS is that each state has unique requirements related to the tracking and calculating of CMI for reimbursement of Medicaid. Our MDS Management Tool provides real-time PDPM CMI and PDPM MDS Rates in addition to various other valuable KPIs in its dashboard. We will initially focus on the CMI states of Illinois and Georgia. As we become aware of the need for our MDS Management Tool in other states, we will work with the long-term care providers in those states to provide them with this valuable tool.

Lisa Loucks, RN, RAC-CT, RAC-CTA
Lisa started her nursing career as a CNA in the 1980’s where she fell in love with long term care. She found her niche in the world of MDS over 20 years ago when she learned to “put the pieces of the puzzle together.” Her expertise includes simplifying the complex world of PDPM, Quality Measures and case mix. Lisa has worked as a regional MDS consultant/director of reimbursement providing education, guidance, and oversight to facilities throughout the Midwest and southeast United States.
Scott Loucks, CPA
Scott brings over 30 years of experience in the areas of Accounting, Finance and IT, specializing in the utilization of IT to develop, implement and optimize efficiency in reporting. His MBA and wealth of experience in healthcare ,manufacturing, retail, software development and home entertainment, companies both public and private, have given him valuable insights into various industries which will be leveraged to bring a uniquely tailored approach to each business owner’s reporting needs.
